Another lineart from Bill Maus colored by me 
I used the vector-upscale method on this one too.
In constrast to the Aspen sketch it was really necessary:
The original picture is 350x496, the upscaled version is 3889x5512!
Taking this method to its extremes also reveals it shortcomings:
- When scaled too large, lines become shapes with gradient instead of a solid color.
- Crossings of straight lines get smoothed or "bended" (difficult to describe, just image that lines that come to close to each other start to attract each other and merge)
The irony: In order to compensate the introduced errors, I had to downscale the hole thing to a resolution thats very close to the original image
About the image:
New approach to hair: I added solid highlights and smudged them with a small brush to give them structure. Don't know if its noticable. Since I felt that my previous coloring-attempts had too little contrast I made the shadows harder in this one.
The nipples "happened" by accident
I pulled the white on her right breast a little too far out and was surprised by the effect. Just one nipple looked really strange so I added the other one
As compenstation I tried to achieve a more realistic (not flashing red) lipcolor.
